At our Annual General Meeting held in Nelson on 30 November 2024, we asked our Owners to consider three Special Resolutions.
Our independent election provider Electionz.com has now provided the outcome of these resolutions.

Because Special Resolution 3 was carried, Wakatū Owners will in future be able to vote online or by post for Special Resolutions, as well as by the existing methods of in-person or proxy voting.
